The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather market insights and strategic input for upcoming funding opportunities for programs that are in support of the multi-sectoral HIV response led by the Government of Zimbabwe (GOZ). United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Zimbabwe intends to release, in early 2021, two requests for applications (RFA) or requests for proposals (RFP) as follows:

Program A: Increase the availability and quality of comprehensive HIV prevention, care and treatment services through support to the health sector and community-based interventions, with a focus on ensuring all HIV positive individuals know their HIV status, are on treatment and are virally suppressed and those at risk of contracting HIV access high impact prevention services including prevention of mother-to-child transmission, pre-exposure prophylaxis and post violence care.

Program B: Prevent new HIV infections among adolescent girls and young women (AGYW) using the Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-Free, Mentored and Safe (DREAMS) approach.
