This NOFO aims to maintain the gains thus far and bolster the delivery of high-quality integrated HIV/TB/EID and STI diagnostic services across the country. The recipient(s) will continue to support diagnostic network optimization to ensure efficiencies and testing accessibility, saturate viral load coverage (VLC), improve biosafety, prepare and maintain ISO accreditation, and extend the proficiency testing (PT) program to multiple testing parameters. This NOFO will also prioritize scaling up patient-centered approaches, point of care testing (POCT) to address access barriers, integrated multi-disease tests, and rapid testing quality improvement towards certification. The NOFO will address emerging needs by incorporating molecular epidemiology to pinpoint transmission networks and conducting HIV drug resistance testing.
