    Additional Information on Eligibility: Eligible entities include accredited public or nonprofit private hospitals, schools of allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine, or a public or private non-profit entity which the Secretary has determined is capable of carrying out a residency training program in family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics or combined internal medicine and pediatrics (“med-peds”), programs accredited by ACGME.

    Description:

    The purpose of the Primary Care Training and Enhancement-Residency Training in Street Medicine (PCTE-RTSM) is to increase the number of primary care residents trained in street medicine. Primary care residencies include family medicine, general internal medicine, general pediatrics and combined general internal medicine-general pediatrics (combined med-peds).
