    Description:

    The purpose of the Partnership for National Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Leadership is to improve the capacity of state Title V and urban MCH programs, Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) programs, and Healthy Start programs to better serve MCH populations and improve MCH outcomes.
