    Description: The Award Ceiling for Year 1 is 0 (none). CDC anticipates an Approximate Total Fiscal Year Funding amount of $9,000,000 for Year 1, subject to the availability of funds.This NOFO builds on the progress achieved in Malawi over the recent years. The primary goal of the NOFO is to ensure facility-level, MOH, PEPFAR, and other stakeholder data and reporting needs are timely met. The NOFO focuses on strengthening and maintaining the systems, improving infrastructure, integrating and sharing electronic data across all facilities to support quality patient management, program monitoring, and timely reporting to both the MOH and PEPFAR.Support will be provided to modernize and extend country-owned, sustainable, and innovative integrated information systems that strengthen data collection, management, and use at all levels, while decreasing the workload of healthcare workers. The scope of this NOFO will also cover building and maintaining associated hardware systems, building MOH capacity to support the systems and providing user support services, leveraging new technologies as appropriate to improve the usability, flexibility, and integration of these systems.
